Walking in the lovely valley of Glown with the Mulcair River on the right. The group crossed the bridge at the old schoolhouse with it fast flowing river. Continuing on the winding valley road, with the river now on the left, crossing another bridge and took the uphill trek which had a steep incline. The route known locally as ‘Harrington’s Lane’ was testing From there back up to the forest track and after a ramble along the forest track returned to the carpark at the top.
