Sunday 18 Nov 2018 was a lovely day for the A walk led by Josephine Tobin in the Commeraghs. 8 walkers started in the Nire valley on route to Coumalocha from where they climbed the “Nose’ to Coumfea west top in light winds and with beautiful lakes on either side. After a lunch break they continued around the cliffs to Sean Bhean and returned by shoulder overlooking Sgillogue lakes. 4 hours in total.
Ollie Walsh led 11 B walkers up the very scenic assaroole glen plenty of waterfalls and stream crossings then up to Lyracappul with fantastic views on lovely walking day and then returned to cars after 4 hour walk.
